Configuring a "Team to Season" registration form

The registration form and settings covered in this article will be used to create a registration form that will be used by Team organisers to register Teams directly to your Association for a season.

Follow the steps below to configure the "Team to Season" registration form.

"Team to Season" registration form

  • Select the Registration option within a Season.
  • Select the "Set up Form" button for the "Team to Season" option on the resulting page (to edit an existing form you will select the "Manage" button).
  • Complete the form using the screenshots and table below:

Registration period

Set a start and end date/time that the registration form will be available to the public. If a team organiser accesses the registration form's URL outside of this time frame, they will not be able to register.

Registration fee

Set the team registration fee that team organisers will pay when completing the form.

The set fee should be $0 (if the registration will be free) or greater than $1.

3 Choose grades
Select the grades that a registering team organiser will be able to choose from in order to nominate their team into. Note that the team can still be moved into another grade after the registration takes place.
4 Products Select products to add to this registration form.

Overview information

Information added here will be displayed on the overview page of the registration form.

6 Terms and conditions

Select the toggle to enable your organisation's Terms and Conditions on the registration form.

To change the terms and conditions, head to My Organisation > Overview > Details tab, under Terms and Conditions as described in this article.

Set registration visibility

This setting allows the registration form to either be visible or hidden on the association's main public landing page.

Changing this setting to "Hidden" won’t affect or remove the option for a participant to use the form–it will, however, ensure that the public cannot view the registration link on the PlayHQ.com website.


  • Click save in the upper right-hand corner.

On completion of the form, the settings will display in a preview tile, as well as a unique registration link for the form that is generate the first time that the form is set up. This link can be shared with team organisers who would like to register teams to the season.

These settings can be updated by coming back to the Registration tab and selecting the "Manage" button.


In order to allow Participants to register to any Teams that are registered by team organisers, the "Participant to Team" registration form will need to be configured
