This article describes how to check whether all game results have been published to PlayHQ and end an electronic scoring session.
Checking whether games results have been published
To check whether all games have been published to PlayHQ, navigate to the session day and court selection page. If the device is locked to a court you will first need to unlock the device.
The day and court selection page will display an icon next to the venue name indicating whether all games on the device have had their result published to PlayHQ.
- Circle icon: Not all games have been published to PlayHQ
- Spinning icon: Games are currently being published to PlayHQ
- Tick icon: All games have been published to PlayHQ
If games have not been published to PlayHQ, ensure that the device is connected to the internet. When internet is connected, the game results will be automatically published:
And a Tick icon will be displayed indicating that all games have been successfully published:
Congratulations! All games have been published and you can safely end the session.
Ending a session
Once all games have been scored and their results published to PlayHQ, you can safely end the electronic scoring session. Ending the session removes all game results from the device and allows you to set up a new electronic scoring session with a different venue, days and PIN.
To end a session, select End Session in the top left corner of the day and court selection page:
Then select End Session in the confirmation prompt:
Enter your PlayHQ credentials then select End Session:
Congratulations! You have now ended your electronic scoring session and are ready to set up a new electronic scoring session.
