EDIT A GRADE

Once you've completed your Grade setup, you can edit the details by:

  1. Selecting the Grade Name in the Season's Grade list
  2. Select the Settings tab. You'll arrive on the Settings > General tab - however, there are several tabs available. You will find all of the settings described earlier in these tabs. They can be changed and you must select Update & Save to commit your changes before navigating away from the tab.

DELETE A GRADE

Similar to Competition and Season deletions, ensure you remove any dependencies. If this grade contains at least one allocated team, or is used in a registration form or has had a transaction recorded against it, then the grade cannot be deleted. If none of the dependencies listed above are valid for the grade, then the "Delete grade" button will be enabled.

  1. Select the Grade Name in the Grade list
  2. Select the Settings tab. You'll arrive on the Settings > General tab
  3. Select the Delete grade option in the lower right corner
  4. Confirm that you'd like to delete in the resulting screen—note: clicking Cancel will return you to the page
