You'll need a registered account to access the PlayHQ Admin Portal. Once you have this, you will need to use the email address and password associated to this account to log in and out of the system, as needed.
This article covers accepting an invite to an organisation, and logging in and out of the Admin Portal.
Accept an email invitation to join.
- Once you've been invited to be an administrator at an organisation, you'll receive an email:
- Select the "Complete my account" button in the email
- Complete the resulting form by entering your details
- Once you submit the online form successfully, you will need to log in using your email address and the password you just set.
If you are already an administrator with another organisation...
You will not receive an invitation email... rather, you will receive a courtesy email to inform you that you have been added to a new organisation and you will immediately be able to access that organisation in the organisation picker - see the Exploring the PlayHQ Admin Portal article for more details.
If you are logged in to the PlayHQ Admin Portal and wish to log out, you can select your name in the lower-left corner of the PlayHQ Admin Portal at any point and choose the "Log out" option.
