Updating your organisation's public facing details

This article covers the Details and Contacts tabs in the My Organisation menu. 

The Details Tab

This is the default tab of the My Organisation section. If your organisation has been made visible to the public, anyone viewing your organisation's PlayHQ public webpages will be able to see the details that you enter here.

  • Organisation Logo - For now, you will need to submit your logo to the PlayHQ team to upload and set. We recommend the following specifications for your logo:
    • image size: 128 x 128 pixels
    • file format: PNG
  • Organisation website - Set a link to your organisation's website (ensure the entire URL is entered here including the http:// )
  • Terms and Conditions - Set a link or text for your Terms and Conditions (T's & C's) that will appear for participants to view/accept when registering

When you've entered/updated these details, the "Update & Save" button will become available.

The Contacts Tab 

You can use the Contacts tab to set the email and location for your main base of operations.

  • Email
  • Phone number
  • Address
  • Suburb
  • Postcode
  • State
  • Country


Again, once you've entered/updated these details, the "Update & Save" button will become available.
